The screenings of the nominees and winners were incredibly inspiring, insightful talks with Vimeo personalities and industry leaders, and AWESOME workshops that enable you to create what you see. The word “excited” doesn’t do justice to our emotions right now. We’re thrilled, pumped, tickled 2,012 shades of pink, and jazzed to the max to announce that the Vimeo Festival + Awards are back! In fact, submissions are now open, so it’s time to throw humility to the wind and show off the amazing masterpieces you’ve been slaving over. We want to see them!

This week the Vimeo Music Store launched! Last week the Vimeo staff shot a promo video for the launch, which included apprentices Tommy and I staging a shootout in the office, and the lovely Riley stealing the limelight to some cheesy RnB. It’s amazing to think that the music store, and this video, are being highlighted by almost 50 internet news sites!
